1 Impact on the setting of Ranfurly Castle ruins.

2 Rationale of the inclusion of a block of flats. This site was added at the request of the Scottish Government’s Examiner to the Local Development Plan with a suggested 9 units, not 24 units.

3 The safety aspects of the lack of a footway along Lawmarnock Road, siting parents with young children and disabled access, especially mobility scooters.

4 Lack of a traffic impact assessment, siting the single carriageway and the junction at Prieston Road.
